Carolina Polls

The UNC School of Journalism and Mass Communication and IRSS conduct this twice-yearly poll of 600 North Carolina households. Many of these questions replicate General Social Survey or International Social Survey Program questions, allowing national and international comparisons. The questions are repeated on a rotating basis, and data are available from as early as 1977. Carolina Polls can be searched by words in the questions, date or range of dates, and study number.
