General Social Survey

This national survey is conducted once every year by the National Opinion Research Center. It covers a variety of topics, and many questions are repeated. Users of the index can search all questions asked from 1972 through 1993 by words or years. In addition, the RECENT command will display frequencies for the most recent year the question was asked, and the THREE command, for the last three years it was asked.
