Atlantic Coast of New York, East Rockaway Inlet to Rockaway Inlet, and Jamaica Bay Reformulation Study UPDATE

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), New York District in cooperation with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYCDEC), and the City of New York, will be holding public meetings on October 4th & 10th, 2018, to provide study information and solicit comments on the revised Recommended Plan for the Atlantic Coast of New York, East Rockaway Inlet to Rockaway Inlet, and Jamaica Bay Reformulation Study. As of August 31st, the Revised Draft Integrated Report is out for public & agency review and these meetings are to support public engagement. View the Webpage.

NPS Demolition of Building 69: Public Comment Period

The National Park Service (NPS) is proposing to demolish building 69, a World War II temporary barrack building at Floyd Bennett Field.
